Proposed Bylaws ChangesClub members – The Seattle Swing Dance Club Board of Directors sends this notice to you in accordance with our Bylaws. According to our Bylaws: At least a two-thirds majority of the BOD must approve each amendment. Members must receive bylaw amendment notices one week prior to voting. A written ballot will be produced and distributed to members at the March 7, 2010 SSDC dance. A simple majority vote of the attending membership will ratify the changes.
