Q: Do I still need to pay admission to the dance?
A: No. Admission to the dance is included in your tournament entry fee.

A: Probably not. You’re encouraged to eat before the dance or bring something with you. We’ll also provide some food at the dance.

Q: Why is there a backup date?
A: We can’t know when the snow and ice are going to hit, so we want to make sure we have an alternate date. Mark your calendar for both dates and provide your email address and cell number. We will contact you via email or phone if we have to reschedule. If the weather forces us to cancel both dates, everyone will receive a refund.

Registration & Refund Request Deadline:  December 23, 2012
If contest is rescheduled to back-up date, the Registration & Refund Request Deadline will move to February 17, 2013.
